At the beginning of May (seems so long ago…) we launched the first of our exclusive promotional giveaways to show our appreciation of all our fantastic Facebook fans, offering the chance to win an iPad2 simply for ‘liking’ Blue Rainbow’s page. Hi Anthony, congratulations on your win! How did you find out about Blue Rainbow’s iPad2 exclusive Facebook giveaway?
I’ve stayed at the Manchester apartments a few times previously and loved it. I was told about their Facebook page about a year ago and ‘Liked’ it simply to keep in touch.
Any plans to come and stay at Blue Rainbow some time in the future?
Yeah, hopefully I’ll be stopping by around the end of next month – nothing confirmed yet but it’s becoming a second home to me and my partner. There’s nothing better than checking in and getting straight into the dressing gowns – you don’t get little luxury touches like that just anywhere!
How did you feel when you found out you were the winner?
I was shocked, couldn’t believe it! I hadn’t checked Facebook for days, so to see the result on my notifications was hard to believe. The first thing I did was post on my wall that I’d won.
What’s the first thing you’ll be using your new iPad2 for?
Well, I’ll be straight on Facebook to go bragging. All my friends have been after it – tough! I’m really excited – I wanted an iPhone for ages and now I’ve gone one better; an iPad2!
