Well, the inevitable has happened. After many years of providing great quality city-centre accommodation for more and more happy guests, our reputation and as such our business, has grown to the point where we’re struggling to squeeze into our cosy Manchester offices.
To ensure we could continue to offer an efficient, professional and friendly service for all our guests, there was only one answer – move house!
New Manchester Premises
Sooo, we went out and found a nice new building to set up our new home (still in Manchester, just down the road). Our lovely luxury aparthotels aren’t going anywhere, don’t worry – we just needed to give our staff a bit more room to breathe and deal with guest enquiries in a non-squished environment.
Thanks to our latest service enhancements, including our new car hire offering or our online multilingual facility (over to the right – where the flags are, see?), we’re looking forward to welcoming more guests than ever, from all over the world. Obviously, in anticipation of this, we needed to find somewhere that could comfortably acommodate our vibrant, busy team without making them feel like bees in a hive. So we did, and here it is.
Same Service Standards
We (and when we say ‘we‘ we mean some people with lots of very big toolboxes) are currently in the middle of sprucing the place up so it’s fit for us to relocate to (take a look at the pics, looks nice doesn’t it?) – but as soon as we’re in, we’re confident that our spacy, uncluttered new premises will help us to provide an even better service for all our guests.
