Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to your stay and by staying in a Blue Rainbow Apartment you are accepting them.
- Check in time is strictly after 3.00pm on the date of arrival. Check out is by 11.00am on the date of
departure. Baggage may be left at the reception before check-in time, subject to availability. - You will be supplied with one set of keys upon arrival. On the date of departure keys must be returned to the Blue Rainbow Apartments 24 Hour Reception. Any keys not returned on the date of departure will be charged to you at a cost of £100 to cover replacement keys, remote control fobs and lock changes.
- Blue Rainbow Apartments will take a security deposit of at least £100 from the credit / debit card in the name of the registered guest when checking-in / collecting keys. Entry will not be permitted without this deposit and no refunds will be given if a credit / debit card deposit is not provided. Any deductions for damage or other chargeable items for which you will be liable will be deducted and you agree that we
are authorised to deduct such amounts from this deposit. Note that Irish Laser Cards are not accepted. - All guest details must be advised at the time of booking and must be confirmed when checking in,
including the total number of and names of the people who will be staying at the apartment for the
duration of the proposed booking. Guests not named on the booking or check-in form are not permitted
to stay in the apartment. You will be responsible for the acts of all guests (whether premitted or not) at
the apartment during your stay. - All apartments will be freshly cleaned for your arrival with fresh bed linen and towels supplied. In England the apartment will be cleaned (and linen / towels replaced) on a weekly basis for stays of more than seven nights. In Scotland the apartment will be cleaned and linen / towels replaced when requested by hanging the request hanger on the outside of the apartment door to a maximum of one clean / service per day.
- The apartments and all common areas of each building are all non-smoking and smoking is not permitted anywhere in any apartment at any location by law. Insofar as it becomes apparent that an apartment [or common area] has been smoked in, we will charge you an automatic fee of £100 for fumigation.
- No pets are permitted in any apartment at any location. Guide dogs are permitted upon giving prior notice to Blue Rainbow Apartments.
- Reception services in your building will be able to help with any queries you may have.
- Parcels and letters for guests may be delivered to Blue Rainbow Apartments 24 Hour Reception desk.
- Post box keys will not be supplied.
- The apartments are located within or near residential areas in each location. You are asked to respect other guests in the building you are occupying and in the general location of the building by not creating or allowing excessive noise or unruly behaviour. Parties are strictly forbidden in any apartment or common area at any time – breach of this condition will entitle Blue Rainbow Apartments to ask you to leave the apartment immediately without any refund.
- You are responsible for the apartment during your stay – common sense should be applied at all times.
- The apartment is expected to be kept reasonably clean and tidy with security being considered at all
times. Doors should be locked and windows closed when leaving an apartment unattended or when
checking out. Any loss or damage caused to an apartment (or its contents) which has not been locked
upon you leaving it will be charged back to you. Blue Rainbow Apartments reserve the right to charge
you an additional fee of £100 for additional cleaning costs should the apartment not be returned in an
acceptable condition. - It is your responsibilty to ensure that all items in the apartment are not damaged and are in good working order at all times. You must report to Blue Rainbow Apartments any broken or damaged items as soon as possible after gaining entry to the relevant apartment.
- Any items removed from or damaged in any apartment will be charged for and you will be responsible for paying the actual replacement cost advised by Blue Rainbow Apartments. Costs will be debited from the payment details supplied when booking / checking in.
- Any damage to any part of the apartment or any of the fixtures and fittings will be charged to you at the relevant rate including any business interruption losses. Costs will be debited from the payment details supplied when booking / checking in.
- No booking creates any lease or tenancy and the stay, by way of licence, will only be for the period and upon the terms detailed in the booking confirmation.
- Parking may be provided at the building in which your apartment is situated upon prior agreement with Blue Rainbow Apartments. Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner’s own risk . Blue
Rainbow Apartments accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during a stay at any of
our buildings. - Personal effects and belongings are left in the apartment at an owner’s own risk. It is not advised to
leave valuable items unattended. Blue Rainbow Apartments will take no reponsibility for any loss incurred including items placed in the safes provided in apartments. - Blue Rainbow Apartments will not be held responsible for any death or personal injury incurred during any stay at any apartment save insofar as the same arose through any act or omission of Blue Rainbow Apartments.
- For maintenance issues during a stay Blue Rainbow Apartments may need to enter an apartment. The appropriate notice will be given and disruption will be kept to a minimum.
- All personal data is collected and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (and any
subsequent Acts that become law). We do not share data with any third parties except where we are
required to do so by law or for the purposes of crime prevention. - If any of these Terms and Conditions are breached you or any other guests may be asked to leave
immediately.
Cancellation Policy
- For “EXECUTIVE” and “PREMIUM EXECUTIVE” apartments you may cancel up to 3pm on the day
before your planned day of arrival. For cancellations less than this 100% of the accommodation charge
will apply. For “SAVER” apartments your booking is 100% non refundable and non transferable. - Any booking made on a promotional offer or discounted rate is 100% non refundable and non transferable regardless of apartment type booked.
- Blue Rainbow Apartments Ltd reserve the right to retain an administration fee of up to 5% of the booking value to cover credit card processing fees and other costs associated with processing the refund
- Blue Rainbow Apartments reserves the right, in circumstances arising which are beyond its reasonable control, to relocate you in alternative accomodation of similar price, quality and location. Where this is not reasonably possible in the circumstances Blue Rainbow Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking upon giving you reasonable notice; any monies paid in advance will be refunded to you within fourteen (14) days but Blue Rainbow Apartments accepts no liability to pay you any compensation beyond making a full refund.
